Dr. Michael N. Prazich has been involved in dentistry for over 35 years.  He graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1971, served as a Captain in the U.S. Army for two years and then purchased a very well established general dentistry practice in Flagstaff, Arizona in 1973.  In 1978 he took over the dental clinic at the Grand Canyon. 
    
    While practicing, he averaged 185 hours a year in continuing education, founded the Northern Arizona Research and Study Club and was a founding member of the Arizona Academy  of Dentistry.  He is insurance licensed, securities licensed and real estate licensed.  Presently he is a member of the Practice Valuation Study Group, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Minnesota Dental Association, National Association of Securities Dealers, National Association of Life Underwriters and the Minnesota Business Brokers Association.

    In 1983 Dr. Prazich suffered a near fatal stroke and had to relearn skills like walking, talking and writing.  In 1991 he became insurance licensed in Arizona, moved to Minnesota in 1992 and secured both insurance and security licenses.  He has over 350 disability insurance clients and has placed over 25 dental pension plans. 

At the request of clients, classmates and colleagues,  he founded Transition Resources, Inc. in 1993.  Transition Resources, Inc. has facilitated transitions in Arizona, Colorado, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota.  Transition Resources, Inc. has also assisted in placing associates in both solo practices as well as group settings and has completed numerous practice valuations.
